NETGEAR-producten ondergaan grondige testen en certificeringsprocessen voor elk aspect van de regelgeving, zoals electro magnetic compability (EMC), veiligheid, wireless en telecom. NETGEAR werkt volgens toepasbare wetten, richtlijnen, standaarden en bepalingen in de branche. Producten zijn goed bevonden volgens onder andere standaarden van de Federal Communication Commission (FCC), EU-richtlijnen (CE Mark), Japanse VCCI, Australische A-tick en C-tick en keuringseisen van andere landen. Certificaten, testresultaten en conformiteitverklaringen worden bewaard en zijn beschikbaar op verzoek.
